1 Your booking
The lead guest's name, email and mobile, whether they're staying at the hotel (a yes asks for the room number), a preferred and alternative date, a preferred start time and how flexible it is, the number of guests and any special occasion. Choosing a gift voucher asks for the code, and more than one guest asks for the other guests' names and treatments.
2 Treatments
Choose from massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, manicures, pedicures, couples treatments and reflexology, or add another. Pick the main treatment's length from 30 minutes to two hours or more, whether to add pool, sauna and steam access, a therapist preference (no preference, female, male or a named therapist) and massage pressure.
3 Health declaration
A note explains why the questions are asked. Required questions cover pregnancy (with weeks) and a checklist of conditions such as blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, recent surgery, clots, skin conditions, recent cancer treatment and oil or nut allergies. Anything other than 'None of these' asks for details. Guests can list areas to avoid and confirm the declaration.
