What is AP03 Appoint a secretary?
Tells Companies House that a UK company has appointed an individual as its company secretary: the appointment date, the secretary's name and former names, a service address for the public record, and the company's confirmation that the secretary has consented to act. Authenticated by a printed name (no signature); everything on it goes on the public record.
