What is the salon chair rental application form template?
Renting a chair or room brings a self-employed professional into your salon. Before you agree terms, you'll want to know what they do, whether they hold the right licence and insurance, when they'd like to work, and whether they'll bring clients with them.
This template covers that in four pages. Applicants give their contact details and portfolio link, then their profession, services and prices, experience, licence with number and expiry, qualifications, and liability insurance with insurer and expiry. If they have no insurance, a note explains it's needed before they start. The third page records the space wanted, days, hours, start date, existing clientele, products, booking system and the rent they have in mind. The last page takes references, two acknowledgements and a signature.
Applications are saved as signed PDFs in your FileIt vault with any certificates attached, and FileIt can remind you before a renter's licence or insurance expires when you file them as documents.
