What is the bridal hair & makeup booking form template?
Wedding enquiries tend to come in as a date and a question about price. To quote properly a hair and makeup artist needs more: how many people, which services each, where everyone's getting ready, when the photographer arrives, and whether there's a trial.
This template collects that over three pages. The first records who's booking, the wedding date, ceremony time, getting-ready address, venue and access notes. The second lists services for the person getting married, the number of others needing hair and makeup, who needs what, children, the style, inspiration photos and any skin sensitivities. The third covers the trial with a date and location, the ready-by time, photographer arrival, budget, how they heard about you, and booking terms with a signature.
Each booking is saved as a signed PDF in your FileIt vault so the whole team can plan the morning from one record.
