Form 7668, the IND's Appendix 'Statement of financial support' (private person), is for a private person, often a parent or relative, who guarantees to support a student financially during his or her study in the Netherlands.

The sponsor gives their own details, passport or ID number, phone number and home address, then the student's details, the minimum monthly allowance they guarantee to transfer, and the start and end date. The sponsor encloses a copy of their passport or identity card, a copy of the student's, and proof of enough funds for the whole period: a recent bank statement of no more than three months old if they live outside the Netherlands, or proof of income if they live in the Netherlands.
