What is GRA G0015b business supplementary sheet?

An individual registers with the Guyana Revenue Authority on form G0015, which has room for one trade or business. G0015b is the supplementary sheet for the others: each sheet holds two businesses.

For each business you give the trading name, whether you trade as yourself, a phone number, email, business and mailing addresses, the Commercial Registry registration number and date, the date trading commenced and the nature of the business. The sheet is numbered, for example 1 of 2.
