What is UDK 155 — Early pension: report changes?

UDK 155 is the form Udbetaling Danmark uses for changes that can affect the payment of early pension (tidlig pension). Its guidance explains that when you are paid early pension you have a duty to report (oplysningspligt): you must tell Udbetaling Danmark straight away about changes that can matter for the payment. If you don't, or if the information is wrong or incomplete, you may have to pay back some or all of the pension.

The form has five questions. Have you had income from personal work that isn't in the Danish income register, such as fees, B income or pay from abroad? Do you run your own business abroad? Have you been paid holiday pay? Are you planning a stay of more than two months outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland? Are you planning to move to another country? For each yes, it asks for the amounts, currencies and dates.

FileIt guides you through it in English with the Danish terms, types your answers into Udbetaling Danmark's own PDF, including names and foreign addresses with letters such as ł, ș or ø, and saves it in your vault. The form says you can send it with Digital Post from borger.dk or by post. FileIt never sends anything to Udbetaling Danmark.
