What is FK 7467 - Sick-pay refund, special high-risk protection?

In Sweden the employer pays sick pay (sjuklön) for the first 14 days of an employee's sick-pay period. For some employees, Försäkringskassan (the Swedish Social Insurance Agency) has decided on special high-risk protection (särskilt högriskskydd). That decision covers people whose medical condition is likely to mean long or frequent sick leave, and people donating an organ or tissue. The employer can then claim those sick-pay costs back. FK 7467 is the paper application for that claim.

Försäkringskassan updated the form on 21 September 2026. It now asks for a little more information, so that fewer applications need to be completed afterwards. The form has five parts: the company, the payment account, the employee, up to four sick-pay periods with the sick pay and social security contributions, and a signed declaration. Compensation isn't paid for periods more than twelve months before the month the application arrives.

FileIt asks each question in English with the Swedish wording beside it. It pre-fills the employee's name and your company from your vault, and checks the personal identity number and organisation number. It also adds up the sick pay, the contributions and the amount claimed, then prints everything into Försäkringskassan's own PDF, which is saved in your vault. You sign it by hand and post it. FileIt never sends it.

The employee's first name and surname, 12-digit personal identity number, annual income and working time per year in hours or days.
