What is INSS 6-087 (representation for online procedures)?

Modelo 6-087 (Modelo de representación para la realización de trámites electrónicos a través de la Sede Electrónica de la Seguridad Social) is a form of Spain's National Social Security Institute, the Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social (INSS). With it you, the grantor (otorgante), name a representative who may file Social Security applications for you online with their own digital identification.

You give your name and DNI, NIE or passport number, the representative's name or company name and ID or tax number, and tick the procedures the representation covers: retirement, widow's or orphan's pension, death grant, birth and childcare, the minimum living income, permanent or temporary incapacity, healthcare entitlement, or another procedure you name. Both of you sign. The form says it must go with a copy of the grantor's identity document.

FileIt explains each line in English with the Spanish wording alongside, checks DNI and NIE letters, prints the answers onto the INSS PDF in capitals and writes the signing date the way the form expects (day, month in Spanish, year). The finished PDF is saved in your FileIt vault. FileIt does not submit anything.
