What is INSS declaration: pension or retirement from another scheme?
Since Constitutional Amendment 103 of 2019, a survivor's pension (pensão por morte) can be combined with another benefit only in certain cases, and the less advantageous benefit is then reduced. To apply these rules the INSS asks claimants to declare, on this form from Portaria 450 of April 2020, whether they receive a retirement or pension from another social security scheme.
If you do, you say whether it is a survivor's pension or a retirement, whether a pension was left by a spouse or partner, whether it is paid by a state, a municipality or the federal government, whether the servant was civil or military, when it started, which body pays it, and its last gross monthly amount.
FileIt explains each question in English, checks your CPF and the dates, prints the amount the Brazilian way and places everything on the INSS PDF. The declaration is saved in your vault. FileIt never sends anything to the INSS.
