What is a shareholder resolution?
Record a decision of a company's shareholders in writing and have three shareholders sign it: approving a constitution change, a director appointment, a share issue or a sale of the business. Start from this template in FileIt eSignature: fill in the blanks, add the people who sign, and send it. Everyone signs online and the signed PDF is filed in your vault.
