FileIT Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By signing up for and using FileIt, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use FileIt.

Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use FileIt.

Account Registration: You must provide complete and accurate information during the signup process.

Account Security

Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FileIt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

Legal Compliance

• Compliance with Laws: You may not use FileIt for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of FileIt, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Content Responsibility

• User Content: You are responsible for all activity and content (data, files, text, images, documents, etc.) uploaded and maintained within your FileIt system.

• Prohibited Actions: You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Service Termination

• Breach of Terms: FileIt reserves the right to terminate your access to the services if you breach these terms.

• Service Refusal: FileIt reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service Provision

• "As Is" Basis: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.

• Service Uptime: FileIt does not guarantee 100% uptime but will strive to ensure the service is operational 99.99% of the time.

• No Warranty: FileIt does not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of results obtained from the use of the service.

Content Management

• Content Removal: FileIt may, but has no obligation to, remove content that is determined to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates intellectual property rights or these terms.

Liability

• Limitation of Liability: FileIt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Support

• Customer Support: Technical and sales support are provided via Phone, Email, Support Tickets, Live Chat, and Skype.

Intellectual Property

• Use of Service: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by FileIt.

Promotional Use

• Company Logo: FileIt reserves the right to use your company's logo on its website under the "Clients" section.

• Email Communications: FileIt may send emails to the administrator or employees of your company for promotional campaigns.

Payment and Subscription

• Payment Requirement: A valid credit card is required for paid accounts. Charges apply monthly if a monthly payment plan is selected.

• Renewal and Cancellation: You authorize FileIt to automatically charge your credit card on file on the renewal date unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date.

Changes and Modifications

• Service Changes: FileIt reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

• Pricing Changes: FileIt pricings are subject to change upon 30 days notice, which may be posted on the FileIt website.

Special Conditions

• Promotions and Coupons: Special promotions or coupons are valid for one year from the time of account sign-up or upgrade, after which your account will revert to the regular plan. Promotions are not combinable and are applicable only on annual plans for the first year.
